Built entirely from local, sustainably sourced pine, eucalyptus and teak, it’s a simple, calming space designed for relaxation. Inside, you’ll find a spacious sauna, a shower room, and a balcony that leads straight to an ice-cold plunge pool. Perfect for a refreshing hot-and-cold therapy session.

Every part of this space has been put together with comfort in mind. We’ve stocked it with good-quality toiletries, soft robes, health waters, and gentle lighting to help you relax. As a guest of the retreat, you can use the sauna cabin whenever you like during your stay as it’s open for you to drop in, recharge, and take a break whenever you need it.
