“I began practicing yoga in 2016, driven by a great enthusiasm for mastering acrobatic postures. At first, my focus was mainly on the physical aspect of yoga, and I hadn’t yet understood its deeper meaning. That changed as I began traveling and experiencing yoga from different perspectives. In 2019, I completed my first Yoga Teacher Training in India, followed by several additional teacher trainings.
Since then, I have been teaching classes and hosting retreats in East Africa as well as in Europe. My classes are primarily flow-based, with a strong focus on breath and body awareness. I also love bringing my aromatherapy skills into my classes, adding a little extra that makes the experience feel really special.
